What happened
Izone recalled the Beluga Arm Ring (Cloud Blue), a wear-type swimming aid, in Korea on July 23, 2026, under a collection-and-exchange order — the finished product broke before holding the 500N load the standard requires, and the backflow valve kept only 65% of buoyancy after two minutes where 75% is the floor.
An arm ring that bursts or bleeds air mid-pool converts the parent's calm into the emergency. No accident was reported; owners stop use and contact Izone for repair, exchange or refund.
Two failures in one aid — the seam and the valve — the only two places a swim aid is allowed to fail nowhere.
