Netflix 搁置了一部已完成的笑剧——并且再也没有解封

怎么回事
2014 年 11 月，针对比尔·考斯比长达数十年的指控重新浮出水面，内容平台迅速行动。Netflix 推迟了其脱口秀特辑《比尔·考斯比 77》的首播——原定于 11 月 27 日上线——TV Land 也将《考斯比一家》的重播从其节目表中移除。

2018 年 4 月，考斯比因三项严重猥亵袭击罪名被定罪，判处三至十年监禁；Bounce 在同一天再次撤下重播。但撤离从来就不是彻底的——TV One 一直在播放《考斯比一家》，当宾夕法尼亚州最高法院于 2021 年 6 月推翻定罪时，Amazon Prime 仍是唯一播放该剧的大型流媒体平台，而 Netflix 仍然没有发布该特辑的计划。
为什么会这样
- 已完成特辑是沉没成本，但一个面临审判的人的笑剧特辑是一场持续的争论——推迟的成本低于为发布辩护。
- TV Land 没有声明就行动了，Bounce 两次撤下重播——当观众已经知道原因时，沉默是最廉价的保持距离方式。
- 撤离从来就不是彻底的——TV One 和 Amazon 保留了该剧，这才是市场反应的诚实面貌：一些买家评估风险，另一些则不。

The 2018 conviction and 2021 overturn bracketed the content decisions without changing them: Netflix never released the special, Amazon remained the only major streamer carrying the show, and TV One kept airing reruns throughout. The case shows how uneven a content exodus can be — and how rarely a legal reversal brings content back.
