What happened
Alzipmat (J World Industry) voluntarily recalled four baby-mat lines — Double Zero Mat, Triple Zero Mat, Eco Cala Folder Mat and Eco Silion Mat — on July 16, 2026 after TDI (toluene diisocyanate) was detected in the covers of units produced April to June 2026.
The cause was a process issue at an outsourced fabric factory: TDI intended for other companies' outdoor clothing and military products mixed into the mat fabric line during concurrent manufacturing. All promotions were suspended; owners get a free exchange.
A baby's play mat shared a production line with military fabric — and kept the chemical that came with it.
