Paid-advice KOL 曲曲大女人 was ordered to pay ¥7.58M for concealing income
Emotional-advice KOL 曲曲大女人 (乐传曲) was fined ¥7.58M after hiding income in personal accounts and misclassifying it as business earnings.

怎么回事
曲曲大女人, a paid-consultation KOL known for selling expensive relationship and emotional advice, was named on 1 April 2025 by Shanghai's tax inspection bureau in a case over concealed income.
The tax authority found she had taken large sums through personal accounts to hide earnings, and converted income that should have been taxed as photographic-and-labour income into business income under a 核定征收 (deemed-collection) arrangement, which taxed it at a far lower rate.
Over the previous two years she had declared only a little over ¥600,000 of income. The total underpaid was assessed at ¥7,580,000, which she has since paid in full.
The case became a public example for the influencer economy, where earnings are large, cash flows are personal, and the tax treatment of new income types had long been a grey area.
为什么会这样
- She ran a high-margin paid-advice business while routing receipts through personal accounts and misclassifying income types, so the tax bill was both large and easy for authorities to reconstruct.
- Treating advisory earnings as business income under 核定征收 cut her rate sharply, but the years of underpayment compounded into a single large penalty when the inspection landed.
- As a public KOL she was a high-profile target, so the crackdown stopped at her when other earners escaped unnoticed.
教训
A high-profile income source is a high-profile target — routing large earnings through personal accounts and reclassifying income to cut tax can be reconstructed years later into one large bill.
后来呢
乐传曲 paid the ¥7,580,000 in full. The case was cited in Chinese media as a warning to the influencer economy about undeclared and misclassified income.
