What happened
Liebel-Flarsheim Company recalled OPTIRAY Imaging Bulk Package 350, 500 mL vials (ioversol injection, NDC 0019-1333-65) on July 31, 2026 — lot 25ZF3670 may contain polyethylene and other plastic, stainless steel and glass particulate. The lot was distributed to hospitals, imaging centers and clinics in the US and Mexico.
Facilities stop use, quarantine the inventory and arrange return and replacement through Inmar. No adverse events reported.
The liquid that makes the inside visible, recalled for the solids it shouldn't hold.
