In October 2026, a Philadelphia jury ordered Fearless Restaurant LLC — owner of Rosalie on the Main Line and the Moshulu in Philadelphia — to pay $200,000, $100,000 to each of two former employees, for failing to protect them from a coworker, Daniel Razionale. The panel found the company negligent but stopped short of finding that Fearless knew in advance that he posed a danger.

The first woman started at Rosalie in September 2021; the lawsuit says Razionale repeatedly subjected her to sexually motivated behavior despite her telling him to stop, culminating in unwanted physical contact in November 2022. The second, hired in August 2022, described persistent sexual comments and, that same November, unwanted physical contact despite objecting. When the second woman reported him to management, the suit alleged, Fearless provided no reasonable care and no discipline, and instead made her keep working alongside him.

The Delaware County Daily Times reported further allegations from the filing: Fearless agents tried to dissuade the woman from reporting, suppressed her reports and retaliated with mistreatment on the job; ownership and management had a close personal relationship with Razionale's family; and the company refused to fire him, transferring him to another restaurant where he kept victimizing women.

Razionale's record ran deeper than the civil suit: a 2020 peeping case ended in a guilty plea and sex-offender probation, and after three women accused him of harassment at Fearless restaurants he pleaded guilty in May 2024 to three harassment charges plus prowling — four years of probation, with a no-contact order for his victims.

$200,000 jury verdict — $100,000 to each woman — for negligence, after the company failed to discipline or remove the harasser

Management received reports and kept Razionale employed: no discipline, no corrective training or supervision, and the complainant was made to keep working alongside him.

The company allegedly tried to dissuade the second woman from reporting, suppressed her reports and retaliated against her on the job.

Rather than terminating him, it transferred him to another restaurant, where the complaint says he continued victimizing women.

Ownership and management's close personal relationship with Razionale's family allegedly shaped its refusal to act on the complaints.

A harassment report is a supervision test: an employer that keeps the accused — whatever his family ties — owns what he does next.

The jury's verdict, returned in October 2026, left Fearless liable for $200,000 while rejecting the claim that it knew in advance of the danger. On the criminal side, Razionale had pleaded guilty in May 2024 to three harassment charges and a prowling count and was sentenced to four years of probation with a no-contact order.
