The ruling was unanimous: CONAR recommended immediate suspension and issued an aggravated warning to the advertiser and to those responsible for the influencer. Neither Esportes da Sorte nor the influencer's representatives presented a defense; Meta confirmed the content had been removed. Betting advertising led CONAR's complaint rankings in 2024, with the use of minors among the repeat violations.
