Red Fire Chicken Pot (紅火雞煲) was the sister brand of Red Fire Seafood Hotpot Specialty Shop (紅火鮮料火鍋專門店) — both operated by the same owner, Fai Gor (輝哥), in Mong Kok's Sincere Centre (兆萬中心), the mall that lost seven buffet-style restaurants in the first seven months of 2026.

The two brands ran the same operational model: all-you-can-eat, lobster and beer included, mid-range pricing designed for groups of friends splitting a big bill. The chicken-pot version leaned into the signature clay-pot format; the hotpot version leaned into the seafood and Korean BBQ angle. They shared a customer base, a building, and a cost structure.

When Fai Gor announced the hotpot brand's closure on 3 May 2026, the chicken-pot brand closed alongside it — an outcome that was structurally inevitable once the parent operation ran out of cash. The brand did not have a separate balance sheet, a separate lease, or a separate reason to survive on its own.
