What happened
Adams Manufacturing Corp. of Portersville, Pennsylvania sold about 6,100 RealComfort and StyleWell Adirondack patio chairs (model ML837-15) at about $25 through Lowe's and Home Depot from August 2025 through October 2025.
The chairs can crack and collapse under the sitter — injury and fall hazards. The CPSC recalled them on January 15, 2026; no incidents reported.
The remedy is a return to any Lowe's or Home Depot store for a full refund. One season on the patio, then the recall.
