What happened
EB Games and Zing Pop Culture recalled the Pokémon Pikachu Co Bolt Teapot (blue) in the week of August 1, 2026 — the product lacks the temperature limit warning (90°C), and filled with hotter liquid it can crack or break, burning or cutting the holder.
The teapots sold nationally from September 23, 2025 to July 22, 2026. Owners stop use and return them for a full refund.
A licensed piece of warmth for a franchise whose whole economy is comfort — cracked by the heat it was shaped to hold.
